How do I submit my own design or image?

For now, please email your design file or high-quality image to [email protected] after completing your order. We recommend sending high-resolution JPG, PNG or PDF files to ensure the best print quality.

I want to design but don't have any images available, does Dreamrooma help?

Yes. Our design team can support you from basic idea or brief. Just send us a description or request via email, we will contact you to come up with the most suitable idea and design.

Can I see a preview of my custom rug before it’s made?

Yes! We’ll send you a digital mockup for approval before production begins. You can request adjustments until you’re happy with the design

What is your return or refund policy for custom products?

Since custom products are made to order, we don’t accept returns for reasons like change of mind. However, if there’s a quality issue or mistake on our end, we’ll gladly replace or refund your order.

How long does it take to complete my order?

Mockup design: 2 working days after receiving the file. If you want to make adjustments, the design time will increase.

Production: 5–7 working days.

Delivery: 7–14 working days, depending on the area.

The total time from when you send the image to when you receive the carpet is usually 14–23 working days.
